Welcome

First things first. A bit about my self. I've recently decided I don't like how I look. And I'm willing to change that using any means necessary. I skip meals on and off, and around October/November I discovered the benefits of running until I thought I'd throw up. So I had my binge tonight, and Day one starts tomorrow. I'll eat what ever I want, as much as I want, but only for an hour. I'll run until, I feel like passing out and throwing up. Then I'll run another 1/2 mile. I'll do 50 crunches, 50 side bends, 5 2:30 minute planks, and yoga and stretches for 15 minutes. On Day 5 I'll run until I'm going to pass out, then run another 1/2 mile and run back. I'll go up to 100 crunches, 75 side bends, 5 3 minute planks, and yoga for 15-20 minutes. After a week of my hour long binge, I'll start eating 'normally again'. I'll simply eat no more than 1,200 calories a day, and I'll keep running. I'll keep increasing my crunches until I do 200 a night. I'll increase my side bends until I do 200 a night. At least 5 5minute planks, and yoga for 20-30 minutes depending on my schedule. I'll increase my running until I can run a 6 minute mile and run 5 miles without stopping. And did I mention, I'll drop 10 pounds by March 10th? I'll fit into a 00 by June 11th. Maybe I'm setting my self up for failure, but I will be skinny. If it's the last thing I do. If anyone wants to help me in my mad quest for the perfect body, advice, encouragement and success stories are welcome. Even if you don't have a perfect body, making your goal weight is an achievement. Becoming Thinspo is an achievement. Sharing how you did it is welcome and appreciated. So is sharing thinspo. I'll be posting my progress and thinspo so feel free to follow my journey. This is only the beginning.
