Lunch = hell

Forgive readers, for I have sinned. I wasnt hungry at all until I walked into our cafeteria and smelled and saw the delicious looking cheese pizza. And with these damn hormonal cravings I had a slice. A small slice, which I blotted, and I ignored all but the baby belle light and 50 cal V8 in my lunch box, but I'm pretty sure I still hot my goal for the day. I absolutely won't go over 1500 a day, 1100-1500 less than I'm supposed to eat to maintain my weight. What can I say I have a decent metabolism. But not good enough or I wouldn't be so fat. My self control in nil as well. Time to make some changes. I WILL control what, when, and how much I eat; limit my sugars; and limit my caloric intake to 1500 or less a day. Period. And I will get thin. At all costs. Gtg lunch is nearly over. Bye till next time.
